The impact you’ll have
- You’ll lead data-driven analytics to provide useable insights for customer experience, revenue and cost improvements
- You’ll lead predictive modelling and data science initiatives inclusive of building models to identify customer needs and actions, and developing customer segmentation models to support use cases across customer functional areas (Marketing, Channels, Credit & Collections)
- You’ll influence the Analytics Platform design and any associated tools required to support the function’s Data Science, ML and AI future objectives
- You’ll support Leadership with the development and presentation of business cases for Customer, Channel and Marketing opportunities
- You’ll effectively communicate / present findings through a variety of medium to influence business decisions at all levels of the organisation
The talents you’ll bring
- A passion for empirical research and solving a variety of business problems
- Experience in manipulating and analysing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources
- The ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis and findings in a clear, precise, and actionable manner across a variety of mediums and to a variety of stakeholders
- Experience coding in R or Python within a cloud environment
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
- Tertiary education and/or professional certification(s) are also desired
