Customer Service Co-Ordinator, Gorleston, UK
The opportunity:
● As our Customer Service Co-Ordinator, you will work in the Service team and be responsible for the support and administration.
● You will assist with planning and organizing of Service works
● You will also arrange Spares orders for customer and prepare quotations etc
How you will impact WestRock:
· Assist Service Team to help meet the targets for APS UK
· Provide support/co-ordinate H&S for the Service team
· Arrange travel, accommodation etc for the team as required
· Process/checking of all Service Reports and invoice once completed
· Assist Service Manager with Engineering allocation
· Issue Site RAMS & Safety Compliance documents
· Inform Customers of all Service based interventions prior to the visit commencing
· Proactively pursue personal development & training
· Proactively seek opportunities for spares/service package sales
What you need to succeed:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service and/or Administration
· Have excellent organisational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient on MS Office, Word, Excel etc
