Your tasks:
- ensuring professional and efficient patient service
- cooperation with medical staff in the process of patient service
- supervision over the circulation of medical records
- providing information on the scope of hospital services
- taking care of the positive image of the company
We are waiting for you if:
- experience in customer service is welcome
- you have very good computer skills in the field of MS Office
- you have interpersonal skills and high personal culture
- you are diligent and self-reliant
- you have the ability to quickly apply the newly learned knowledge in practice
- knowledge of medical issues or experience in the medical industry will be an advantage
- you have a working knowledge of the English language
- you have education min. secondary, desirable higher or under study
