As an EAP Coordinator, your responsibilities will include providing counselling telephonically or onsite for behavioral health and employee assistance services. This includes assessment and triage, short-term problem resolution, and referrals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls from the UK and Ireland
- Assessing the client’s issue and understanding their problem
- Linking the client with the appropriate assistance

Work Schedule: Flexible scheduling in an extended hours operation. Shift working is required.
Required Qualifications:
- Computer literate, experience of working with MS Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Good telephone manner, able to handle inbound calls
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience of call handling/working in a contact centre
- Related education, such as a bachelor’s degree or certification in Sociology, Psychology, or Counselling and Psychotherapy
