Main Responsibilities :
– Provide sales and service support to Relationship Manager in serving consolidated banking customers
– Ensure that all service queries are resolved timely
– Perform banking transaction & response to account enquiries
– Handle general enquiries / complaints and resolve issues
– Provide good after-sales support and logistics as assigned
– Deliver superior quality service to customers and refer potential customers to Relationship Manager in the branch
– Assist in meeting overall branch sales and service target
Requirements :
– Degree holder
– Possess HKIA & HKSI qualifications
– Minimum 2 years of relevant sales and customer service experience in banking industry
– Good service orientation and attentive to details
– Proactive with good communications and interpersonal skills
– Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
