How you will make contributions that matter
Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Customer Service Coordinator – Export within our Shared Services – Customer team. This is a permanent full time opportunity. As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for direct customer liaison, order fulfilment (receipt and processing of orders), stock allocation and export documentation.
Key elements of your role will include:
Ensure that all export documentation is raised accurately as per the customer’s requirements, importing country requirements and are correct prior to dispatching.
Receiving daily customer orders via email and processing into SAP with KPI lead times
Maintain customer satisfaction with stock delivery and any issues that arise
Build trusting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication with all areas of the business; demand/production planning, warehousing, sales, dispatch, and transport
Keep up to date with changes to export regulations and statutory requirements
About you
Prior experience in a similar Customer Service Coordinator role,
Export experience regarded highly
Understanding of FMCG and Supply Chain Logistics
Prior experience and knowledge with SAP and BSM knowledge preferred
