Customer Service Specialist

Springfield, IL

Monday – Friday 8:30-5:30

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Customer Service Specialist for our Springfield, Illinois office.  As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work in a challenging, fast-paced environment, providing solutions to our customers to fulfill their business needs.

As a business-to-business service provider, you are encouraged and empowered to take initiative to solve problems, build relationships, and collaborate with team members to make a difference to our customers. Some of the things you’ll be doing:

• Research and analysis of legal documents.

• Data entry of UCC document search results.

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

• Use systems and programs to invoice entry results

• Analyzing search results for accuracy of information.

 

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• Customer service experience

• The ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail

• The ability to work independently and function as part of a team

•  Strong time management skills

•  Problem solving skills

•  Strong computer skills

•  Ability to communicate effectively verbally and via email
