Peraton seeks to fill a Cyber Intelligence Mgr 1 position within the Space and Intelligence sector. These front-line management positions are a dual role encompassing people leadership and technical performance.
This position is located in Northern Virginia.
Roles and Responsibilities:
This role will focus on two primary areas of responsibility: team leadership and management, and team technical performance.
Team Technical Leadership and Management: Responsibilities include staffing and workload forecasting; employee inclusion, engagement, mentoring and career development; employee training and identification and training of skills
required to successfully execute on programs.
Team Technical Performance: Responsibilities include support and adherence to standard analytical and/or targeting processes; the oversight of cost, schedule, and analytical quality for intelligence production; and performance on various types of analytical and targeting contracts in the Cyber Intelligence disciplines.
This position requires the leader to communicate with Division program managers, and other Region Cyber Intelligence front-line managers. Consequently, excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. The leader will also be expected, as necessary, to work closely with the directors and managers of other technical disciplines.

They will have track records as effective communicators and problem solvers who are able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Minimal local travel is expected.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, cyber analysis, intelligence production, intelligence operations, intelligence planning, and/or language analysis (four years additional experience may be
considered in lieu of a degree); • Experience leading analytical teams supporting the intelligence production cycle specifically for the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community; • Proven leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment; • Effective communication and presentation skills; • Active TS/SCI w/polygraph clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
