Currently, we have a team of approximately 30 people, mostly focused on extracting value from data (Data Engineers, Data Architects, Data Scientists and Data Analysts).

Some of the things we have done this year are: analyze energy consumption patterns, predict the number of passengers at an airport, create dynamic pricing algorithms for parking services and highway tolls, optimize water production from desalination plants, predict fluctuations in the prices of materials on site, predict the demand for our Zity cars in the city of Madrid, carry out demographic studies of infrastructure users, create artificial vision algorithms to identify incidents in drone inspections … more!

Skills and experience
We are looking for a person with:
– University degree, mainly mathematics or similar.
– Experience in solving complex problems through Advanced Analytics, within some of the following categories: Algorithmic / mathematical models / regression models.
– Analysis and identification of patterns in different data sets.
– Analysis of fundamental variables
– Identification and search of key data sources to predict future behavior or influence a target target.
– Programming of scripts in R and / or Python.
– Identification of the most appropriate ML algorithms for solving a business challenge.
– Experience in the development of ML algorithms:
– Linear regressions
– Series ARIMA / ARIMAX / VAR, VARMAX, VECM)
– Classification models (Bayes)
– Decision trees
– Statistical risk management models
– Natural Language Processing (NLP)
– Neural networks for use in artificial vision and image processing.
– Valuable experience in cloud environments, especially in Azure or AWS.
– Valuable experience in model productivization in operational environments.
– Experience in managing versions of algorithms and their data sets.
– Experience in automating models for use on demand.
– Valuable experience in visualizing results graphically.
– Business orientation.
– Ability to dialogue and communication, both in English and Spanish.
– Teamwork, especially under agile methodologies.
