Dealer Network Performance Specialist

Mitsubishi Motors North America is looking for a Dealer Network Performance Specialist to join our Dealer Network team. As a Dealer Network Performance Specialist, you will manage all programs and activities related to dealer performance to ensure successful administration of the programs, and take actions required to address other Dealer deficiencies and Agreement breaches. You will also specifically manage the Cure Program including the monthly letters and recap reports versus the assigned KPI’s. Other duties will include overseeing and developing new dealer launch support funding letters and track monthly performance, and managing the use of outside consultants working with the regions to coordinate training efforts with opportunity dealers.

 

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

Manage the administration and functions of the Cure program and dealer agreement breach correction efforts ensuring adherence to legal and corporate guidelines.

Track, follow-up, assist and provide direction to the regions and associated zone personnel to ensure expected KPI’s are achieved.

Perform monthly review and tracking of performance program reporting and administrative functions including Cure contact reports, dealer contact agendas and Cure dealer letters to ensure adherence to established company standards and guidelines. Provide guidance and direction in the proper preparation for and completion of dealer Cure contacts.

Regularly interface with region staff to ensure Cure program activities are consistent with MMNA objectives. Conduct monthly telephonic meetings with region management to review progress against KPIs and address results that are less than expected.

Create, prepare and analyze tracking reports based on current management requirements.

Develop periodic program updates and executive summaries as required.

Coordinate the drafting of dealer deficiency cure notices and follow up notices ensuring all meet business and legal standards.

Maintain legal issue tracking log and follow up with stakeholders to ensure matters are addressed through resolution.

Coordinate with the regions and IT to develop program operational and reporting enhancements to improve program efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with program guidelines.

Manage the dealer consultant training effort including the management of the dealer selection process, development and tracking of KPI’s and oversight of the timing for implementation. Work with the regions to identify dealers, gain dealer commitments and coordinate the initial dealer contact to ensure full understanding of training expectations

What you’ll have:

 

5 – 8 years progressive exempt-level retail/wholesale automotive experience.

BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
