– Provides input to the decision-making process regarding incorporation for new features and contributes strongly to the process of requirement prioritization.
– Contributes to budget forecasting and is responsible for tracking and reporting of application budget, while identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
– Takes ownership and responsibility for the productivity of the team and customer satisfaction.
– Developers and testers report into the COE, delivery manager must work closely with the Center of Excellence (COE) to build integrated application team and share application roadmaps with the COE for resource assignments.
– Assists in hiring of new team members and contribute in competencies development (soft skills, business and technical knowledge).
– Takes ownership of agility development within the teams and also of managerial agility.
Votre profil
– Deep functional knowledge of application(s) in your scope and OBS business.
– Excellent transversal (multi-geography, multi-function) coordination, facilitation, and leadership skills.
– Strong customer focus, ability to work independently and transversally in a fast-paced environment and ability to learn new business and IT trends.
– Articulate, organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
– Proven track record of building and nurturing strong business relationships with diverse stakeholders and business users.
– Experience in driving decisions collaboratively and resolving conflicts.
– Good communication and presentation skills, with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
– Experience in people management, with ability to manage a matrix team of 20+ people.
– Have a very good understanding of agile methodology and IT.
– Ability to manage business and IT stakeholders.
