Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Implement short term ER Strategy in plant through Subordinates.Proactively provide continuous support and ensure welfare services on time.Be fair, firm and transparent in ER policies.Ensure ER network and strong communication channels in the interest of Organization.Initiate and implement good ER practices at plant.Monitor and Control Dept. Expenditure to ensure effective cost control within budgets by analyzing variances and taking corrective action.Implementation of ER policies and processes, Comp and Benefit, career path for i) Effective functioning of ER sub-functions Clarity on various ER-Admin policies.through i) Gap/Need identification through feedback from HoDs. ii) Inputs from Open Forums and interactions iii) Creating positive work culture.Implement and monitor ER Initiatives for i) Employee engagement ii) Awareness creation on business scenario iii) Create sense of belonging through i) Open Forum ii) Periodic Communications iii) Quarterly Magazine.Ensure Systems and Processes for i) Adherence to MVML practices ii) Peaceful and Harmonious relations by i) Laying down systems and process ii) Continuously upgrade the implemented systems through internal audits iii) Make systems and process effective and efficient
