Your Role
The incumbent would provide support to the procurement needs of their region strictly following company policies, procedures and companies catalogue of competency. Procurement has to be aligned with vendors approved by the national procurement team. The expected execution shall meet all required timelines and quality standards. This individual will also be responsible for to backup for other administrative staff and administrative functions.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure that Catalog of Competency and procurement policies are strictly adhered in all procurement activities
- Procurement for warehouses and Branches consumable products
- Procurement for all CAPEX needs
- Prepare purchase request (PR) according to company standards and process
- Ensure that Catalog of Competency is strictly adhered in all procurement activities
- Process GRN functions in system according to company standards and process
- Timely processing of vendor invoices
- Applicable to locally sourced goods or services only, ensure that company payment terms are followed
- Handle payment and other escalations from vendors and coordinate with national AP team
- Proactively provide updates to all internal stakeholders
- Vendor development – helping national procurement team in identifying regional vendors and developing as per requirement of warehouse and branches, vendor code processing.
- AMC and rate contract – review AMC contract SLA’s, development of vendor, cost negotiation, comparatives, PO processing, bill submission.
- Event management for region like Festival celebration, organizing meeting lunch & dinner, restaurant reservations as per dept. requirement, out stations employee trips etc.
Your Skills and Experiences
- 6 to 7yrs experience in the same field
- Good Communication skills
- Good procurement and administration knowledge
- To be a team player / should have the urge to learn / to extend all possible support to team in completing the work under common agenda.
