Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Study and understand NEMO portal, Internal APIs and APPs
  • Understand the issue reported by customer and resolve it based on the guidelines provided
  • In case issue is not resolved then give proper justification and escalate it to Engg Team for proper support
  • Perform allocated testing tasks within the schedule
  • Ensure that valid defects are raised without any rejections from the product development team
  • Clear documentation of the steps to reproduce any failures/defects during product/solution testing.

Create test automation scripts using test automation tool

Experience

Min 2 years of practical experience

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics/Computer Science/Information Sciences/Telecommunication/MCA
