Design to Print Manager

What You’ll Do For Us
Operate and run the Packaging Change Process for the OU Marketing team
Support pre-media agencies, with the help of metrics, to improve performance
Co-ordinate artwork changes including adaptation, harmonisation and ensure on-time delivery of both artwork and renders.
Support on issues & exceptions; resolve wherever possible, ensure excellent communication and escalate as required.
Identify and deliver specific areas where the process flow and tools can be iteratively improved.
Co-ordinate WebCenter tool improvements including implementation, testing and administration.
Work in a fully co-operative manner with all key stakeholders within the Coca-Cola System [as project leads, approvers and co-ordinators] and with the pre-media agency.
Ensure appropriate relationships are built and enhanced across agency, on-site team, technical team, SRA, Legal, Bottler, Marketing, Printer.
Identify establish and deliver required training, testing & associate coaching to enhance the work flow.
Implement colour management procedures together with bottling partners and suppliers for enhanced quality management.
Support the effective operation of a pan-EU System artwork approach to ensure the smooth running of the new OU.
Maintain trademark stewardship and design integrity and consistency with the set guidelines with the help of the pre-media agencies.
Drive effectiveness for profitable and sustainable business growth across OU.
Be the role model in implementing the new ways of working withing and beyond the OU.
Act as a change agent, able to transform Marketing by bridging the future and the present, flexibility and discipline, processes and iteration, global and regional, central and local.
Act as a key business leader internally within the OU marketing team and leverage collective knowledge by sharing knowledge and experience across.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree required
Significant experience (8-10 years) in Marketing, Design or relevant areas
Strong Project Management Skills
Ability to work in agile cross-functional teams and effectively collaborate with key stakeholders
Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
Business / commercial / financial acumen
Expertise in TCCC business models and design to print processes
Great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English
This role communicates with external and internal teams to deliver best possible graphics on time. This includes sharing needs, seeking information, and negotiating collaboration.
Ability to lead complex projects and influence critical internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
