Oji Fibre Solutions, part of a rapidly expanding global manufacturer of innovative packaging solutions, requires an enthusiastic person to fill the position of Despatch Support Officer and join our packaging site in Lansvale NSW. Our Lansvale site manufactures corrugated boxes which play an important part in the presentation, protection, and transportation of customer products in the Horticulture, Meat, Industrial, FMCG and Paper Products segments.
The right candidate will need to be results driven with a passion for success, have the ability to inspire, engage and motivate others to over achieve their targets. We are looking for someone who can lead by example in shaping the desired OJI culture and influence others, possess the ability to make quick decisions, troubleshoot and challenge the status quo. Flexible in working hours is a must in order to meet the needs of the business.

A current forklift licence is essential.
To be successful for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
