THE ROLE
The Digital Campaign Optimisation Manager role is responsible for the creation of audiences to deliver personalisation at scale, across our connected journeys in paid channel; as well as the test and learn programme.

- Digital marketing – driving connected customer experiences between paid and owned channels in conjunction with digital analytics, media agency and digital marketing team
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to deliver connected customer experiences which enhance consideration of Origin for Non-customers
- Management of Adobe Audience Manager for the digital marketing team including testing rigor, governance, facilitation of measurement and reporting
- Play an active role evolving the digital marketing programme into the cookiless era by proactively seeking opportunities to facilitate growth of prospect audience cohorts
- Execute across, and inform the future of our marketing technology stack, and the development of connected customer experiences through a digital marketing lens
- Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships including within marketing, wider Retail, and external partners including data providers, media partners, media agency and martech platforms
ABOUT YOU
You will be an analytical thinker and have proven superior martech knowledge. You will leverage your stakeholder management skill to collaborate with the wider marketing, retail and external partners, to realise customer experience, share and value outcomes.
More about you:
- 8+ years marketing and communications experience with a demonstrated understanding of digital and data best practice
- Experience delivering CRO and Personalisation initiatives; effectiveness and technology
- Deep understanding of analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics preferable) and a natural capability in data and numbers
- Ability to convert marketing strategies and plans into tactical activity plans that achieve business outcomes and ROI, in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Highly developed project management skills
- Previous experience working within, or managing agency teams
