The Digital Office team of Saipem Spa is currently seeking a Governance Senior Specialist to join the Digital Department.
She/he will support the Management in monitoring project expenses; supporting process design; monitoring vendors and verifying projects performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collects the budget of digital initiatives from demand managers ensuring the alignment to the Company Strategy and Stakeholder requirements;
- Monitors the spending of approved initiatives;
- Defines the performance framework to measure the impact of digital initiatives on company processes (quality and/or quantity kpi system);
- Contributes to Digital Business cases elaboration and any adjustment required;
- Verifies the project executions compared to the plans defined with Change Management, Demand and Delivery Units;
- Supports the processes, roles and responsibilities design of Digital Department;
- Manages the schedule and orchestrate the agenda of recurring meetings necessary to support the proper functioning of Digit Department (Digital Committee; Digital Touch point; Digital Staff Meeting..etc.);
- Identifies the sourcing strategy for digital vendors (vendor scouting, vendor lock-in analysis, vendor performance evaluation);
- Defines and manage the coring model criteria (technical) in tendering processes;
- Collaborates with the Digital Contract referent in managing issues or terms & conditions aspects of Digital Contract;
- Collaborates with IT Services and DIGITAL/ICT Department of Divisions in any interrelation related to shared initiatives and digital vendor;
- Coordinates with AFC Department to monitoring the budget and spending of Digital Department.
Characteristics / Skills / Qualifications:
MUST HAVE
- Degree in business/economics, management, engineering or other related fields
- Minimum 7 years’ experience working in in cost control/project portfolio management
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting framework
- Knowledge of SAP (MM, CO modules)
- Knowledge of supply chain Processes
- Experience in Complex/Multinational Organizations
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Analytical attitude and problem-solving orientation

- Knowledge main project control tools (e.g., Servicenow)
- Be an excellent team player with strong presentation skills
