Job Purpose
To develop and support new digital sales intiatives across the sale cycle

 

 

Key Responsibilities / Duties

 

  • Support the development of new digital sales initiatives across the sale cycle from lead identification to share of wallet growth.
  • Collaborate with product, digital and marketing teams to define requirements, prioritise digital sales roadmap effort and coordinate with internal and external parties
  • to support the development of new technology platforms, processes and ways of working
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify gaps and opportunities for further growth as well as support coordinated digital sales processes across digital and human touchpoints
  • Collaborate with research teams to define segment-based customer journeys and work with digital teams to translate these into online experiences
  • Support digital education initiatives and change management across distribution teams
  • Develop MI to track and report on success of digital initiatives
  • Ensure all activities are in line with Invesco’s Conduct principles.

 

Work Experience / Knowledge

  • 3-5 years experience in fintech or consulting, specialising in financial services or digital
  • Execution experience in delivering digital projects preferred Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of the asset management industry
  • Strong understanding of digital processes, practices and tools
  • Previous experience in product development or digital marketing preferred

 

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required

  • Execution focused with an agile mindset. Able to work collaboratively with multipe teams and coordinate complex projects

 

Formal Education 

  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related field
