Job Summary:
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for analyzing statistics for improvement of digital marketing efforts. This position will track and gather data, create dashboards, and present findings on SEO and/or SEM campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Champion best practices regarding the measurement of ad effectiveness, especially as it relates to marketing effectiveness and multi-channel campaign optimization.
Develop and maintain strong vendor partnerships to shape new opportunities that can enhance our ability to meet hiring goals .
Provide decision making support for business partners by working with the team to define problems or desired outcomes, determine required information, compile findings, and recommend action.
Collaborate with the appropriate teams to drive a deeper understanding of paid media efforts to identify growth areas.
Develop and execute campaign plans from start to finish and optimize results including open rates, click through rates, engagement, and conversions.
Measure and report performance of digital marketing and email campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and evaluate end-to-end experience across multiple channels and touch points.
Maintain an updated status report on project elements with clear action items and deliverables and follow-up with team members and agency as needed to ensure all project elements are on track.
Assists within marketing automation software development of audience segmentation strategies.
Participates in regular discussions with third-party agencies and services providers to optimize use of all digital campaign strategies and tactical execution.
Ideate marketing initiatives centered on the customer journey.
Assist with monitoring and analysis of campaign performance within the company’s analytics tools.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field of study with at least 1 year of proven experience and demonstrated success in a digital marketing/digital analytics role
Preferred Qualifications:
2-3 years experience Advanced Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint certifications highly preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills – including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables
Keen attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
Passion for data and technology
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
Marketing automation: Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
Campaign builders: Facebook Ad Exchange, Google Ads, or similar
Campaign analytics: Google Analytics 360 or similar
CRM: Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce, or similar
Education:
