Position Overview:

The fast-paced Corptax marketing team is expanding to further drive revenue-creation activities and to support the increasing needs of our fast growing company. The role reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and provides support to the digital team as well as other marketing projects and initiatives.

The candidate should have experience working with digital marketing platforms (Marketo or similar), WordPress (or similar CMS), social media, HTML, as well as proficiency working with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Essential Functions:

  • Create Marketing assets including landing pages, emails, and paid media ads
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Marketo such as lead nurturing, A/B testing and segmentation.
  • Create A/B test plans to continuously optimize emails for better engagement
  • Manage expiring content on all corptax.com web and landing pages
  • Organize and keep current all marketing assets, including various digital inventories on SharePoint
  • Assist in monitoring & pulling Google Analytics reports. Experience with Domo is a plus.
  • Assist with social media outreach by uploading approved content, scheduling timely posts, and monitoring activity and performance. Experience with LinkedIn Advertising a plus.
  • Manage, monitor, and optimizing pay per click (PPC) advertising (AdWords)
  • Assist with pulling engagement reports for traditional and digital marketing activities and prepare them for distribution to stakeholders. Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
  • Keep abreast of the latest digital trends to inform creative approaches, as well as to aid internal knowledge sharing
  • Assist with integration of marketing tech stack and database admin

 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising & Design, or related a field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience (technology industry preferred but not required)
  • Minimum 2 years working with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ExactTarget, etc.) required. Marketo experience preferred.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in email marketing, automation and analytics (Google Analytics), social media marketing, and paid digital advertising (AdWords, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS and WYSIWYG editors
  • Experience/fundamental understanding of SEO/SEM a plus
  • Experience with project management software, such as Teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Advanced Excel skills preferred (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Solid math skills as well as effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player able to handle multiple projects while prioritizing the most important
  • Adobe Photoshop and InDesign experience preferred
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML

 

  • Added bonus: CRM (NetSuite or similar database experience)
  • Energetic self-starter able to work autonomously and follow up on assigned projects
  • Light lifting (up to 50 lbs.) in order to support trade shows and events
