Reporting to the Corporate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the operational delivery and reporting of all internal and external marketing activities to support the successful delivery of Sekisui House business objectives, corporate philosophy and core values for the Sekisui House Team.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Development of CRM and digital marketing systems.
- Defining operational requirements and reporting
- Liaising with project marketing teams
- Working with external providers to test, implement and report issues for whole of business CRM.
- Proactively providing suggestions to contribute to the CRM development of Sekisui House Australia and implementation of the company’s expected behaviours and processes.
- Developing process around EDM’s and surveys by working within CRM.
- Creating a detailed CRM business analysis
- Assisting Corporate Marketing Team in website development
- Project manage IT, marketing and workflow systems as required.
Skills and experience
- 3+ years’ Digital Marketing and Content Management experience
- Experience with either Salesforce or Propertybase
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and Sales or a related discipline
- Proven success in CRM implementation and data management
- Conceptual understanding of technology, IT governance and privacy
- Knowledge of the property development/ construction industry (desirable)
- Advanced in using Microsoft packages including Excel, Power Point, CRM systems, web content management systems, eDMs and online survey systems.
- Project Management skills and high level of accountability
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with internal stakeholders
