The Digital Marketing Team is responsible for management of digital strategy on all projects. This requires a keen awareness of the overall project scope, purpose, and alignment to the business strategy. Team members must work together and collaborate as roles are interdependent– while practicing excellence in their individual area of expertise – to integrate each part of a plan for overall successful execution.
The Digital Marketing Representative for Analytics will be responsible for the strategy and management of analytics on all properties owned by Digital Marketing. Candidates should possess the technical expertise of analytics and tagging platforms. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about cultivating a culture of data-driven decisions. In this role, the Digital Marketing Representative will also assist stakeholders in creating customer-centric website experiences and setting measurable goals and KPIs relative to the business strategy.

Responsibilities
Analytics and Tag Management
– Oversee Analytics and Tag Management portfolio for all web properties
– Manage data collection, data filtering, and data cleansing processes for all web properties, ensuring processes meet and follow current standards
– Oversee tag management process for all web properties and oversee implementation of new tags according to current standards
– Define and deliver appropriate analytics implementation for new initiatives, campaigns, pages, and websites
– Build, implement, and manage web personalization and A/B testing methodologies and processes
– Develop and drive a comprehensive Digital Experience Analytics strategy that meets current business needs and anticipates future business needs
Data Reporting and Visualization
– Support stakeholders in the use of digital analytics to define goals, select appropriate KPIs, monitor performance and derive insights and opportunities
– Provide stakeholders with actionable recommendations and calls for action based on your gathered insights. Translate gathered insights into engaging, actionable, and easy to digest takeaways and insights
– Measure performance of marketing campaigns relative to the defined strategy, communicate findings, and identify key opportunities for improvement
– Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track digital channel performance
– Work with third-party agencies as needed to streamline reporting for outsourced marketing support
Customer Experience
– Work within multiple cross-functional teams to define and optimize web journeys for target audiences using data to drive decision-making
– Partner with stakeholders to define desired user behavior and goals for websites
– Analyze user behavior, identify behavioral trends, and make recommendations to enhance user experience and optimize paths to conversion
Education and/or Experience
Education:
-BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Science, or related field required
Experience:
-Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing digital analytics for multiple web properties in a large enterprise environment required
-Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience preferred
Essential Skills & Knowledge
• Direct experience implementing and managing digital analytics and visualization platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau preferred) for multiple business units or clients
• Direct experience implementing and managing modern tag management platforms (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch preferred) for multiple business units or clients
• Familiar with modern digital marketing platforms (Google Marketing Platform, Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Target preferred)
• Ability to gather, analyze, and visualize data to reveal trends in website performance and user behavior
• Ability to think strategically along with a strong system focus and attention to detail for process improvement
• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when articulating findings in meaningful, clear ways to business and marketing stakeholders with an emphasis on actionable insight
• Experience in implementing and analyzing A/B or multivariant testing and personalization initiatives and measuring the success of such activities
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
