We are currently seeking a Knowledge Management Lead specializing in centralizing, organizing and disseminating knowledge as well as driving content management best practices for Core across all business areas and products of JLL. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the development of our knowledge management strategy and delivering it across the Core Product area, which encompasses JLL’s entire $18B business.  The Knowledge Management Lead will be an essential member of the Product Operations Communications and Sales Enablement team and will partner closely with the Operations Management team, Product teams, Tech Advisory team as well as other internal marketing and content stakeholders in driving and delivering effective knowledge management centralization and dissemination strategies.

As a Knowledge Management Lead, you will…

  • Support the establishment of the Knowledge Management function within Core, actively partnering across Core Product teams, Communications and Sales Enablement, and Technology Advisory to enable centralization and timely and effective dissemination of Core product content globally, across all business lines.

  • Create, guide and manage document taxonomies (library management & Search improvement) of JLLT Core product content areas to support knowledge flows both within JLLT and to the JLL business.

  • Create a streamlined process to obtain, organize and curate relevant content

  • Create and champion a knowledge sharing culture, building a productive, connected network of content owners and contributors

  • Develop and implement a plan to improve the usability, reliability and relevance of content

  • Establish Core product knowledge management best practices, providing creative and innovative solutions, including guidance of best technology tools to drive an audience-centric approach to knowledge management.

  • Select, organize and present content to ensure a successful user experience for everyone.

  • Gather and analyze content usage metrics to understand knowledge usage and gaps, making informed recommendations regarding content improvements, new content that should be created and existing content that should be retired.

  • Drive colleagues’ engagement and assist them in gaining greater exposure, expertise and visibility of JLLT.

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of relevant/professional experience, preferably related to sales enablement, marketing or client account management

  • Strong project management skills to deliver projects on time and to the requisite level of quality, collaborating with internal stakeholders as necessary

  • The ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business

  • Energy, enthusiasm and drive to create a positive working relationship with the business and the team

  • Ability to multi-task, incorporating good organizational skills and flexibility, to prioritize work and deliver the maximum business value

  • Proven technical awareness and commercial astuteness

  • A creative thinker with demonstrated success in translating broad concepts and ideas into a clear and logical audience-centric approach

  • Extensive SharePoint experience, additional content management platform experience a plus such as Seismic or related sales enablement platforms

  • Experience working in large global organizations with geographically dispersed teams and complex technical environments

  • You love transforming complex processes and approaches into simple, user-centric solutions and you have a demonstrated track record of simplifying the complex

  • You are familiar with the commercial real estate industry or have a passion for this market and understand the needs of internal CRE audiences

Compensation Range:

$80,000 – $115,000
