Distribution Services Consultant

The Role
As a Distribution Services Consultant, you will strive to provide an exceptional standard of service and support to our Sales Representatives, Account Managers and Authorised Representatives, to maximize sales performance and help achieve their sales and service objectives. You will have the opportunity to help customers in hardship, to review their financial position and negotiate payment arrangements to recover outstanding debts.
Key Responsibilities

  • Responding and taking ownership of queries from Sales Representatives, Account Managers & Authorised Representatives relating to client accounts, amendments, adjustments and renewals to insurances policies
  • Supporting Sales Representatives, Account Manager & Authorised Representatives by completing required policy lifecycle actions such as quotations, new business uploads, renewals, endorsements, referrals & retention calls
  • Maintain control of outstanding debtors to ensure debts are managed in line with KPIs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and our Sales Representatives, to ensure an optimum service is provided to all stakeholders

  • Ability to work autonomously and self-manage workload
  • Strong attention to detail and work well under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
