OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-Time EDI Integration Analyst, you will be working with customers, suppliers, development teams and end users to translate requirements into functional and technical design documents, including use-case documentation. You will also ensure applications being developed meet requirements by performing functional and end user testing and working with end users to help troubleshoot application or training deficiencies. You will also maintain and streamline partner on-boarding processes and review, track and ensure timely and accurate document transmissions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Providing functional and technical design documents to implement electronic relationships with customers, suppliers and internal systems
o Facilitating continuous interactions between customers and trading partners as well as key stakeholders
o Testing, implementing and deploying integration projects
o Developing partnerships with customers and suppliers for data accuracy and integrity
o Analyzing business processes to mitigate issues
o Assisting with user and integration support, handling escalated issues, and resolving various technical issues as needed
o Troubleshooting and assisting with various integrations
o Creating and updating technical support documentation
o Acting as a project manager for various projects or tasks
o Creating and implementing a quality assurance strategy, approach, and detailed plan
o Assisting with management of criteria and defects as well as working with team members towards resolutions
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess a bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related degree OR 1 year of experience in Inventory Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, eCommerce or IT
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented

o Ability to pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Experience in the design, development, implementation, and production activities associated with X12 and cXML business transactions
o Knowledge of EDI data standards and standard communication protocols (VAN, HTTP, FTP and AS2)
o Basic knowledge of iSQL, MS Query, TOAD and Punchout setups
