End User Engineering Lead

The End User Engineering Team Lead is accountable for overseeing the delivery management and operational functions of End User Compute and Microsoft Enterprise Services to Transurban. The role is accountable for delivering best practice elements around operational management, risk, compliance, security, scalability, capacity, performance, and agile delivery.

The impact you’ll have

 

You’ll build and maintain a high-performing operational team with accountability to plan, build and operate enterprise platforms to be consumed by technology, corporate and business teams

You’ll ensure the appropriate team structures are in places to meet demand, workload and deliver on key initiatives

You’ll manage systems performance and capacity requirements ahead of expected business growth

You’ll contribute to Assest and Lifecycle Management, DR, and Service Transition planning

You’ll be a key part of the wider Workspace Engineering and Design team responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of all aspects of End User Engineering operations

The talents you’ll bring

 

Excellent communication, stakeholder, and organisational skills

Strong experience in supporting Technology platforms across End User Compute (Windows & OSX), ideally in a direct or indirect leadership position

Experience in a combination of the following technologies: JAMF, Intune, Microsoft 365, AWS FileShares, Azure, AD, DNS, and Exchange

The ability to lead a high performing team inclusive of team rostering, scheduling, planning, and mentoring

Tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications desired although not required
