Enterprise Service Management Training Sr. Analyst
Main Purpose
The Enterprise Service Management Training lead for GBS ESM team partners with Enteprise Service Management to develop, refine, and maintain the overall training strategy for PepsiCo Enterprise Service Management owned solutions (ServiceNow and other solutions over time). The ESM Training lead exhibits excellent collaboration & communication skills in working across all GBS functional teams, ServiceNow Product managers & owners, and extended stakeholder teams to develop, deliver, and sustain user focused training that leverages current industry best practices for learning development.
Accountabilities
Accountable for developing/refining overall Training strategy for Enteprise Service Management solutions, primarily ServiceNow, with ESM leadership support, including Training goals and objectives, audience & location analysis, training & learning approach & channel per persona, and training team roles & responsibilities, and training curriculum and plan
Accountable for creation of ESM Training content that aligns to training strategy, partnering with key stakeholders & subject matter experts, training content development partners, and ESM team
Responsible for working with functional Subject matter experts and program team to plan for execution of training content in relevant channels, including scheduling training, creating and sending communications regarding training; collecting, creating, & revising training content; publishing training via defined channel; and developing method to track training as required
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications / Requirements
2 to 4 years experience in relevant Training & learning development roles, including defining training strategy and creating and delivering training content
Experience leveraging various training and digital adoption tools & platforms
Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English language
Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams.
Experience in training on ServiceNow or other Enterprise service management solutions
Experience using WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms
Experience working on global projects or implementations
Experience in Change management and communications
