Role Purpose
The role will support one or more of our key clients, providing estates management support and advice on mixed-use portfolios (predominantly office and retail) in the UK.
Our Corporate Estate Management team helps clients optimise their portfolio performance at each phase of the property life cycle.
What this job involves
· Responsibility for day-to-day delivery of all Estates Management matters within defined region and in line with the contract.
· Develop and maintain landlord relationships. Effectively manage resolution of disputes with landlords and subtenants.
· Prepare service charge budgets and complete reconciliations within agreed timescales and in adherence with the RICS Professional Statement.
· Supported by Estates Administrators, prepare and submit all applications for Landlord’s consent and pursue until completion.
· Ensure property records are maintained in line with Key Performance Indicators to ensure all portfolio changes are implemented and accurate.
· Identify and implement any cost saving or value enhancing opportunities within region
· Engage with stakeholders as required to support Client’s operational requirements, eg FM partners, Health and Safety, Capital Projects etc.
· Co-ordinate Account service line leads in order to support overall client delivery objectives, eg Lease Advisory, Building Consultancy, Business Rates etc.

Essential
- Strong knowledge of real estate leases and obligations
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
- Creative thinking and ability to work under time pressure
- Very good analytical skills, attention to details and organisation skills
- Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
- Proven team player
- Full clean driving licence and willing/able to travel
Desirable
- Experience of both tenant and landlord representation
- RICS Qualified
