This position reports to the Executive Vice President and will assist in the day to day operation of sales administration for Globe Life – Liberty National Division. This individual will assist with planning, organizing, and implementing various projects and events as needed, as well as responding to incoming calls and emails sent to Senior Management and communicating effectively with Directors, VPs, Agency Owners, and CEO. This position will include a variety of duties to support the sales and marketing efforts of the division.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities;
- Provide support and general assistance to the EVP
- Provide support and general assistance to Agency Owners, Directors, and other Senior Leadership.
- Plan and support the execution of Leadership Academies, Agency Owner Meetings, Council Meetings, and Conventions.
- Answer calls, emails, and inquiries sent to Senior Leadership.
- Develop and maintain data reporting within a variety of platforms to assist sales leadership.
- Assist with expense reporting for Senior Leadership
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to travel to various events as needed.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Higher Education diploma a plus
- 5 – 10 years’ experience in executive assistant role
