Job overview and responsibilities

This position will support the Executive Recruiting function:

  • Develop high quality executive candidate slates and manage the end to end recruitment process
  • Primary responsibilities will be to partner with internal stakeholders to fulfill search requirements for executive level hires
  • Build out competitors org charts and implement a CRM tool
  • Deliver pipeline for opportunistic hires

Required

  • LinkedIn certification, BA Undergrad
  • 5-7 years executive recruiting of demonstrated experience in Corporate and Executive Search firms
  • Background in research techniques with expertise in developing and analyzing market intelligence research, confidential candidate search experience, data base management andon-going research strategy and development
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
