Job Description / Responsibilities
- Fully understand business proposition /service solutions relative to dealer’s needs.
- Explain the concept and sell the services up to the satisfaction of the dealers.
- Proactively develop contacts and build long-lasting business relationships with dealers.
- Follow up for Policy Issuance from Insurers & checking whether the issued policy is in line with terms agreed.
- Renewal process to be initiated before 30 days of expiry.
- Saiba Software Updations.
- Co-ordination with various Insurance companies.
- Co-ordination with Insurers for settlement of claims and follow up on all outstanding claims and monthly brokerage reconciliation with insurers.
Desired profile of the candidate
- Should be a Graduate .
- Drive and determination.
- Good negotiating, interpersonal Skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- English and Hindi fluency is a must. Fluency in other languages is an added advantage.
