Responsibilities
The Facility Maintenance Technician performs a variety of skilled maintenance, modification and repair activities under general supervision of the assigned Lead or Senior Technician. Assigned areas may include material handling systems, conveyors, electrical systems, buildings, lighting, and plumbing in any of the distribution centers. Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures and policies as required.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and navigation of computing devices and Operating Systems: PC, Tablets, Windows, Apple iOS, or Android
- Strong Computer Software Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong electrical Skills, 480AV to 48VDC
- Strong knowledge of Building Graphical Systems: GSMI/SAV
- General knowledge of PROFINET devices and troubleshooting
- General knowledge of PLC operation and troubleshooting
- General knowledge of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS)
- General knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Pyramid/Commander
Minimum Requirements:
- Intermediate knowledge of repair and maintenance techniques
- 3-5 years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial environment
- Possession of a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED), Technical school or training desired
- Able to lift 70 pounds
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
- Successfully complete pre-employment drug screening
- Technical school or training desired
- Must be computer literate
- Willing to work 2nd, 3rd, and weekend night shifts
