1. Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
  • Over 5 years working experience as Field Service Engineer, handling Patient Monitor and life support products.
  • Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation.
  • Domicile in Jakarta.

 

  1. Responsibilities:
  • Provide services including installation, troubleshooting, etc. as per customer’s request.
  • Handle and follow up customers complaints through phone, mail or other in timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure customer’s satisfaction.
  • Generate revenue from distributors, end users for service contract, spare parts, labor service, upgrade, etc.
  • Coordinate with distributors and other related departments to follow up complicated problems as well as big projects.
