- Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
- Over 5 years working experience as Field Service Engineer, handling Patient Monitor and life support products.
- Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.
- Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation.
- Domicile in Jakarta.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide services including installation, troubleshooting, etc. as per customer’s request.
- Handle and follow up customers complaints through phone, mail or other in timely and effective manner.
- Ensure customer’s satisfaction.
- Generate revenue from distributors, end users for service contract, spare parts, labor service, upgrade, etc.
- Coordinate with distributors and other related departments to follow up complicated problems as well as big projects.
