Field Service Engineer

Major Responsibilities: Sanitize fill suites and ancillary areas, in accordance with standards and procedures (cGMP, SOPs, etc.). Prepare line/equipment for daily operation according to SOPs for assigned work area, including sanitization of contact surfaces. Perform major cleanings of aseptic areas (e.g., fill suites and ancillary areas). Prepare fill room and sanitization materials for sterilization (e.g., filters, fill room equipment, sanitization equipment). Complete required documentation (MBRs, SOPs, log books, etc.) in accordance with cGMP and cGDP. Troubleshoot and fix minor aseptic problems with line/equipment, alerting maintenance or supervisors as needed.

Functional/Technical Knowledge

GDP, GMP. Aseptic techniques. Garb certified. Knowledge of Johnsons Control (system that monitors the sterility of fill suites) Millipore certified (filter integrity testing) for multiple types of filters Real time documentation. Autoclave cycle review.

Decision Making: Constrained by clear guidelines, with little or no decision making. Must escalate unsolved production issues to lead or Supervisor.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
