In this position, you will be responsible for the process improvement and project management of Accounts Payable activities. Responsibilities:
- Work with operation team to understand the challenges and pain points suffered in the processes or systems. Provides leadership and engage in the overall process improvements in Accounts Payable activities.
- Apply in-depth knowledge to support Accounts Payable policies & process change. Standardize the processes between Penang and India Global Hub.
- Work with project core team in rolling out any new projects which impact Accounts Payable function. This involves different phases such as design, testing, communication, and implementation.
- Work with internal and external business partners for any system enhancement or resolve any system issues. Problems are unique and non standard which requires new solutions. Have a sense of urgency in resolution.
- Perform timely and accurate reporting activities. Analyze the data and provide inputs which makes operations efficient.
- Collaborate with colleagues/team members and demonstrate One Keysight value. Attention to detail required to avoid any control deficiency.
- Flexible to support any activity at the need of the hour – Operations/Projects/Audit etc.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Accounting.
- 7+ relevant experience required.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to work in a dynamic and progressive environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently and report troubleshooting skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal/external business partners. Ability to communicate well with all levels of management.
- Knowledge of Oracle system and Sarbanes Oxley experience is an added advantage.
