| Our Seclin establishment, located near Lille in the Hauts de France, is located upstream of the DASSAULT AVIATION aircraft manufacturing process. Our establishment specializes in the manufacture of metal structural parts for civil and military aircraft.
The Large Parts Production Unit is divided into several sectors: Machining of large parts, Finishing, Forming, docking of aluminum parts.
The Sheet Metal Coatings Production Unit, for its part, includes the following sectors: Machining of coatings, rails and flat parts.
You join one of these two Production Units with 45 or 80 employees.
You report to one of our supervisors in a team of 15 to 25 people.
Depending on your area of assignment, you will learn how to: mill, point, trace, drill, ream, adjust, file, sand, saw, check, pin, prepare the sheet assemblies to be machined, integrate cutting tools, pilot CNC machining centers or preparing the cell for finishing machining.
You will participate in the production of series parts, unit parts for repair and tools.
You will learn how to adjust and finish aluminum parts.
As part of your apprenticeship, you will work closely with the manufacturing teams.
In a clean, pleasant and secure environment, the proposed activity will allow you to gradually gain autonomy and versatility.
This training will also develop your knowledge in traditional machining (on lathe, milling machine) and also on machine controlled by numerical control.
On your arrival, we will offer you a reception system to allow you to better understand your entity, DA and its challenges, and to meet other apprentices.

| We are looking for a person who wishes to prepare a BAC PRO Machine Technician in apprenticeship.
You develop an interest in precision mechanics, plan reading, the choice of cutting tools, machine settings, part adjustment and control.
You have ideally already done internships in Industry. Experience in production or in adjustment would be appreciated.
You like working in a team, are dynamic and curious, you do not hesitate to reach out to others in order to progress.
You are endowed with a good spirit of synthesis, are rigorous and have good communication. |
