Your Responsibilities:
- As a global system administrator for Workday, you will be part of an international product support team responsible for the configuration, maintenance, further development and smooth operation of our HR IT system Workday
- You administer defined functionalities within our application and are responsible for the development and maintenance of our security concept
- Support our internal stakeholders, such as local HR departments, with technical support, rapid error analysis and user documentation
- You will accompany the technical implementation of regular system updates, from testing to implementation and training of new features
- You are responsible for collecting and prioritizing change requests and their implementation
- You develop into a technical expert and central contact person for defined workday functionalities
Qualifications & Requirements:
- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable, alternatively you have completed vocational training as an IT specialist or in a comparable profession
- Ideally, you have already gained work experience in a similar role, for example in the administration of HR IT systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle or PeopleSoft
- You communicate fluently at all levels in English and German
- Your working method is independent, conscientious and solution-oriented
- You enjoy identifying errors and correcting them as quickly as possible
