What we’re looking for:
Citrix provides virtual apps and desktops (CVAD) to more than 100 million users and 99% of Fortune 500 companies. Our next goal is to be the preferred way to work for 1 billion users, by making Citrix Workspace the place for employees to get their work done.
The Federated Authentication team enables single sign-on capability (SSO) for on-premises and Cloud CVAD. As part of the FAS team, you will be at the heart of the Citrix cloud transformation strategy, as we move from traditional on-premises solutions towards a cloud native model. You’re a results-oriented software engineer looking to learn, and develop your career as in a team delivering a game changing product.
Our product has been through a transformation from an on-premises solution to multi-tenant backend services hosted in the cloud. If you are a hardworking software engineer who can help us on a journey towards cloud native solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
Position overview:
- You’ll learn to craft and implement scalable, performant and secure SSO features targeting on-premises and/or cloud deployments.
- We’ll show you how to become great at collaborating with internal teams to ensure the end-to-end delivery of solutions.
- We want you to help drive world-class software solutions for our customers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Probably graduate calibre or equivalent (we don’t mind).
We would love to hear from you if:
- You know C# .NET Core, probably with some coding experience in other stacks or languages
- You have some experience working with Cloud providers (ideally Azure).
- You feel comfortable solving issues using Visual Studio or another debugger.
- Engineering standards (quality, performance, maintainability etc) mean something to you and you understand the value in automated testing, CI/CD and testing methodologies such as BDD, wiremock.
..And it would be great if you had exposure to:
The three pillars of observability, perhaps having used technologies such as New Relic, Splunk.
