Mission
At Ferrovial Construcción, a leader in the design and construction of large infrastructure projects, we promote young talent programs every year, aimed at students in the final year of the Master’s Degree in Road, Canal and Port Engineering.
The Graduate program has a global focus and is aimed especially at professionals in the production, design and economic management of civil engineering, building, industrial or high-speed infrastructure projects. Through this, the participants will get involved in any of our works in order to discover first-hand the multidisciplinary field that makes up each project.
Learning the constructive process in any specialty will allow recent graduates to assume different levels of responsibility and develop their capacity for innovation. This, together with the monitoring of financial management, will make it easier for them to cover all the necessary aspects to have a global point of view and access solid professional growth within the company.
It is an opportunity to gain experience in an international company, gain confidence and network with other recently graduated professionals with similar interests and aspirations.
