We are looking for a Head of Digital Solutions Delivery to join us in building an innovative platform that will dramatically expand the concept of investing and asset management as it relates to the entire Digital Advice domain.
Prior experience or domain knowledge of the financial industry and knowledge of digital advice and financial planning is highly preferred, however a keen willingness to learn and explore new business and technical concepts is an absolute must.
Location: This position can be located in one of our offices located in New York City, Rancho Cordova-CA, San Ramon-CA, Salt Lake City, Ft. Lauderdale, or work remotely in select states, which may include CA, CT, FL, KY, MA, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OH, RI, SD, TX, UT, WI, WY, NE.

What are the key Responsibilities & Duties?
- Familiarity with multiple asset management domains, with particularly strong knowledge in at least one: Fund Distribution, Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Digital Advice, Account Management, and Trading.
- Establishing and maintaining a software product roadmap ensuring continuous delivery of new and improved capabilities.
- A strong ability to collaborate with Product Owner/Managers to develop product release and implementation roadmap for clients and prospects.
- Create necessary documentation and presentations to establish common understanding related to delivery and implementation of product/solutions with clients and enterprise-wide teams.
- Manage critical vendor relationship and engagement related to product/solution development and delivery.
- Ability and comfort working with algorithms, api and data of widely varying degrees of complexity and scale.
- Ability to analyze and develop client insights based on behavioral data.
- Work with vendors and enterprise-wide teams to facilitate the development and creation of “proof of concept” for research and product ideas.
- Work with the solution development teams to gain full understanding of the product/solution capabilities, technical architecture, and release processes.
- Inform and influence product/solution roadmap for all support, SLA and other KPI related functionality/features.
- Work with other enterprise-wide teams to ensure smooth delivery and support of product and clients.
What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?
- 10+ years of program management experience
- Experience working in a product development company interfacing with clients on solution delivery and client onboarding.
- Significant experience/knowledge in Digital transformation programs/projects preferably in investment advice.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in digital advice and retail money management journeys and personas.
- Knowledge of capital markets and mutual fund distribution is a big plus.
- Experience working in a complex, dynamic team environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
