What to do:
- Organize the work of the group in the role of a functional leader, play the role of a playing coach;
- Ensure the smooth operation of the service, and suggest options for improving it;
- Provide operational support in accordance with the current SLA, standards and regulatory documents of the company;
- Work closely with developers – testing, releases, improving interaction.
- Take part in testing new functionality and control the process of its transfer to support, estimate the amount and cost of resources;
- Communicate with the Business to find out their desires and requirements for the level of service and system operation;
- Provide requested reports on the performance of their duties to their immediate supervisor.
Our candidate:
- Experience in managing a team of 5 people;
- Experience in user support;
- Experience in writing regulatory documentation, technical specifications, instructions;
- Experienced user level: Office software package (PP, Visio), case registration systems (we work with ITSM), JIRA, Confluence;
- Experience with Linux, Postgre, Zabbix, Graphana, experience in writing SQL queries;
- Experience with SAP BW and SAP ERP systems will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of ITIL, Devops – desirable;
- Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Intermediate is desirable;
