Bank Julius Baer is setting up an ‘Innovation Lab’ in Asia, named Launchpad, sponsored by the Region Head APAC. Disruption in financial services is accelerating, changing the way people bank and how the world does business. Launchpad is one of the drivers to adapt Julius Baer to an evolving environment to build the future of Private Banking.
The mission of Launchpad is to actively drive innovative solutions for Julius Baer, by identifying, conceptualizing and incubating new business models, services and technologies that add value to our clients and the bank in Asia.
As Head of Launchpad, the candidate will be leading the setup, governance, identification, prioritization. and execution of use cases and products developed in Launchpad, and ensure scaling of successful cases throughout the organization.
The Head of Launchpad needs to be a ‘creator’ and ‘doer’ with entrepreneurial spirit, being able to demonstrate multiple examples of successful incubation and scaling of products or services from the idea-stage to large scale usage and adoption, either inside an organization or as a startup company.
