Job Description:
  • Provide implementation support on HR policies, processes and initiatives
  • Support the recruitment service and onboarding process,
  • Liaison with local HR teams for specific in country actions
  • Provide support to the HR Advisors on relevant HR requirements
  • Support the implementation of relevant HR Projects
  • Provide administration support of core HR processes & SAP Success Factors maintenance, be first point of contact for employee queries and benefits.
  • Support a range of HR and employee relations matters in conjunction with the relevant HR Principal and HR Advisor
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate qualification in a relevant discipline – HR, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Organizational Behaviour
  • Ideally studying toward CIPD or relevant HR qualification (desirable)
  • Knowledge of all areas of HR management such as resourcing, talent, reward, L&D or Performance Management
  • Knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • SAP or similar ERP systems experience
  • Ability to advise on HR processes and policies
  • Assist with deliver end to end HR processes in line with Group HR polices and standards
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
