HR Business Partner – People & Organisational Development

Our HR function is composed of various teams, including People & Organisational Development which is composed of L&D, Career Development and Resourcing & Talent.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join our Career Development team here at the BBC.

Role Responsibility

As an HR Business Partner you will play a pivotal role to the delivery of our Career Development plans , managing a portfolio of career initiatives across the BBC. This will include contributing to the development of the BBC’s career strategy and oversight of the delivery of initiatives designed to promote career development and mobility.

You will be working as part of a dedicated and creative Career Development Team as part of a wider People & Organisational Development Team which is leading cultural and behavioural change across the organisation. You will be partnering with stakeholders at all levels of seniority to deliver these initiatives and will have space and support to put your own stamp on our career development plans.

The Ideal Candidate

You are an experienced and proactive HR professional with strong experience in cultural and behavioural change programmes, as well as organisational development. You have worked on change programmes focussing on career development, and have strong project management skills with a track record in designing and delivering projects. Finally, you have impeccable stakeholder management and communication skills, and would feel confident in working within a complex environment as all levels of seniority within the organisation.
