What you will be doing

  • Regional alignment with BU management and with Regional HR where needed. The jobholder interacts with senior and site management on the alignment of HR priorities and programmes and assist with organizational changes and announcements
  • Alignment and/or standardization across sites on specific HR practices and programs (e.g. organization structure, functions/function descriptions/position titles, training needs…). Formulate and develop BU specific HR programs and projects and ensure the deployment across the sites, in alignment with site and regional HR
  • Consolidate workforce planning together with the site management; ensure that all HR functions involved are well informed and act on resource needs and timing (in close cooperation with site HR).
  • In cooperation with Regional HR and site HR, steer the development and growth of talent; assist the management team in succession planning and follow up. Identify specific BU learning & development needs and implement through site and regional HR. Promote the use of Corporate and Regional programmes and solutions and help to maintain the offerings of the RBM Academy up to date.
  • Facilitate and coordinate BU- HR projects & processes (Talent Review & IPA + People Survey)

Who we are looking for

  • University degree (master)
  • 5 to 10 years general experience in the field of HR (preferred a combination of site and Region (multi-site))
  • Experience as business partner in an international business context, e.g. work experience in an international company (foreign headquarters or sites in several countries)
  • Fluent in English and preferably Chinese or Korean.
  • Good understanding of organisational design and ability to discuss the HR implication of business decisions with line managers
  • Operational experience in workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development and organisation development
