HR Operations Advisor, EMEA

What this job involves

  • Responsible for driving delivery of projects across different clusters and workstreams and identifying dependencies and deployment considerations

  • Work with key stakeholders to agree implementation approach across geographies, business lines and areas of HR expertise

  • Establish working groups to bring together key stakeholders to capture deliverables and actions required to execute the change

  • Support in delivering coherent service, providing high quality advice, support to managers and employees and query resolution across cluster throughout employee lifecycle

  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience driving best practice, alignment and championing self service

  • Support to deliver process standardisation and alignment of ways of working across the region and globally

  • Act as regional point of contact and coordinator for transitions working closely with ER and Corporate Solutions teams

  • Ensure that all services are documented in standard operating procedures

  • Support in delivery the onboarding of new services and processes as agreed with Head of Regional HR Operations and Head of HR Service Delivery

  • Support in coordinating compliance activities as required both regionally and locally

  • Collaborate and engage with the wider HR and business community to provide a responsive, consistent and forward thinking HR service

  • Escalate issues to Head of Regional HR Operations as required

Skills:

  • A strong customer service background with a proven track record of delivering complex change and shared services in a fast paced environment

  • Strong business, financial and analytical acumen including the ability to leverage and interpret data to extract meaningful insights

  • Strong Project Management skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to make impactful presentations (Strong English written, aural and verbal skills is required and other languages would be an advantage)

  • Detail-oriented, organised, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines for self and others

  • Proactive in driving change and continuous improvement

  • International, global mindset with cross-cultural skills

  • Deep understanding of core HR processes and HR management practices

  • Results focussed with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders

  • Remain up to date on relevant legislation and policy compliance requirements for content

  • Advanced in MS 365, and specifically excel skills

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Typically, 2 to 4 years of experience in HR with a good experience of delivering projects

  • Experience of HR technologies required including Workday and ServiceNow

  • Working across multiple countries
