Job Summary
The Business Analyst will develop and drive efficiencies and processes that align with the long-term strategic goals of the Firm. This position will engage with business leaders to analyze, evaluate, recommend and implement changes to the Human Resources Information Systems that are technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Serve as the subject matter expert for the HR platform, including system enhancements and upgrades, upstream and downstream systems and processes, and third party integrations.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand goals, elicit requirements, and conduct fit-gap analysis to develop highly effective solutions that are sustainable, scalable, and aligned with the Firm’s strategy.
- Identify, explore, and design new system solutions that ensure ease of use as well as data integrity.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest process and HRIS advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Recommend and establish processes, procedures, and process documentation based on solution, system features or functionality, in collaboration with the Project Manager & Change Management Lead, for end-user communication and training.
- Maintain system integrity and security by creating appropriate security roles.
- Develop analytics and dashboards.
- Develop test cases and conduct functional testing for system upgrades, enhancements and new functionality.
- Identify system problems, perform problem resolution, provide support and implement corrective and preventative solutions.
- Liaise between HRIS and vendors to resolve system issues.

Education And Experience

- Minimum Required: B.S. or B.A. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum Required: 2 years’ of Business Analyst experience, preferably in support of an organization’s HCM or ERP
