Starting within the qualification phase of the sales cycle, ensure all deals are achievable from all aspects (transition, transformation, run and maintain), risks are known with mitigations planned and preparedness of the leaders of an account start up, such that at the point of hand over, leaders are ready and equipped to assume ownership and deliver with the highest probability level. Assist pursuit team in developing/refining the solution & cost strategy including risks to ensure they support the sales and pricing strategies outlined in the strategy workshops and enable growth.
- Drive discovery of omissions and risks and their resolutions in deals prior to contract signing and start up hand over- Risks are identified, high level mitigation plans in place, and risk dollars included in cost
- Providing reassurance to executive stakeholders that the account is in a state of operational readiness or through a set of specific actions, that it will reach that state prior to start up.
- Solutions including technology are operationally and economically viable
- Cost and schedule (implementation time frame) commitments are aligned to solution and achievable
- Ensure start up leaders are capable of executing on the economic game plan of the account and objectives of our client.
