Our 9-week HR internship provides mentorship and hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions within a Fortune 300 corporation. Interns will gain valuable experience and knowledge in various HR disciples, including:
- Recruiting
- Employee Relations
- Talent Acquisition
- Labor Relations
- Workforce Planning
- Employee Engagement
Projects and exposure will be facilitated in our Fort Worth office, as well as the field, and provide interns the opportunity to learn and develop new competencies within HR and the corporate environment. Interns will also have the opportunity to build partnerships with leaders throughout the organization and influence business decisions.
We are looking for an intern who is passionate about a career in HR, has demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and has strong leadership experience with people, teams and projects! Additional requirements include:
- Current undergraduate/graduate student
- Previous work experience, preferred
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and build relationships across all levels and business areas
- Analytical thinker with complex problem solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Business acumen with the passion to learn and innovate
- Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
